Buford Gomez: Tales of a Right-Wing Border Patrol Officer


Buford Gomez is the story of a by-the-book Mexican American redneck patrol officer who puts the “panic” in “Hispanic”. He guards the Mexican border like a jealous lover because he feels since all of his family has crossed the border, then no one else should be let in; after all, he considers himself to be an American, not a Mexican American. During his mission to keep people out, he fights drug Lords (one of which is very vocal about his feelings concerning the death penalty), his wife’s need to get pregnant, his uncooperative illegals, and discovers a dark secret that will change his life.

This is a “A Greater Tuna” meets “a greater Latino hero”. A hilarious look at the borders created between countries, between men and women, between people.
