Martice Enterprises was founded in 2001 by Miranda Martinez and Marco Antonio Rodriguez. The company was known as a young, energetic, popular, thriving, award-winning and critically-acclaimed multi-media production company founded with the intention to provide quality, multi-media, multi-cultural arts, and arts education programming in Texas. Marco and Miranda decided to stop producing theater in 2009 to focus on writing/producing films under Miranda's new production company Barú Films.
Martice Enterprises was named "Best Debut by a New Acting Company" in the Dallas Observer's Best of Dallas edition 2002 and "TOP 5 Productions of 2002" by The Dallas Voice.
D Magazine named one of Martice's production's, Buford Gomez, among their "Top 9 Things To Do" in March, 2003. Then again naming our Christmas production of Pico de Gallo Christmas among their "Top 9 Things To Do" in December, 2003.
